With twenty-three years of Mortgage Banking experience, Ann has worked with retail and wholesale branch offices. She enjoys working as a mortgage broker as the wholesale side allows her to pass savings on to her customers. Ann maintains extensive expertise in creative financing, which has earned her and the sales staff, record consecutive closed loan sales of $76+ million per year. She understands the importance of:

• Custom-tailoring a mortgage to a home buyer's personal financial situation.
• Asking the right questions, listening and guiding her borrowers.
• Being accessible and promptly returning phone calls.
• Keeping buyers and Realtors informed throughout the loan process.
• Providing home buying and educational workshops.

Peggylynn began in mortgage banking over 25 years ago while working for one of Vermont's largest full service Banks. Peggylynn gained experience in customer service, real estate lending and general branch bank operations. While leaving to raise her family of nine children, she has worked together with her husband building and operating a very successful construction company. Tasks within the company included payroll, bookkeeping, job tracking and general office functions. She hopes to bring to her new position as mortgage loan officer/advisor her financial knowledge, life experience and ability to meet others where they are.
